These Trademark & Brand Guidelines ("Brand Guidelines") outline how members and third parties may use the trademarks, logos, and brand assets of ZINFI Technologies, Inc. ("ZINFI").

1. The ZINFI Trademarks

The ZINFI name, the ZINFI.AI URL, and our logos are valuable intellectual property. Proper use of our marks is essential to prevent confusion.

2. Permitted Uses

• Refer to the ZINFI.AI platform.
• Indicate your membership in the ZINFI.AI community.
• Reference "Best Practices" developed on the platform.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Logo Alteration: Use our logos in a modified, skewed, or recolored format.
• Implied Endorsement: Suggest ZINFI endorses your product, service, or company.
• Confusion: Use a name or logo "confusingly similar" to ZINFI.
• Domain Names: Register domain names containing "ZINFI."

4. Attribution

"ZINFI and ZINFI.AI are trademarks of ZINFI Technologies, Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries."

5. Visual Identity Assets

For high-resolution logos, contact our brand team. Use is subject to a limited, revocable license.

6. Enforcement

Unauthorized or improper use of our marks may result in termination of your membership and legal action for trademark infringement.
