    Policy Overview

    This policy explains intellectual property rights for content on ZINFI.AI, including platform content, user contributions, and best practices shared by community members.

    1. Platform Content Ownership

    ZINFI.AI and its content are owned by ZINFI Technologies, Inc. This includes:

    • The Partner Ecosystem Maturity Model framework and methodology
    • Glossary definitions and editorial content created by ZINFI
    • Platform design, code, and user interface elements
    • ZINFI trademarks, logos, and branding elements
    • Curated and compiled datasets and indices

    2. User-Contributed Content

    When you contribute content to ZINFI.AI (including profile information, comments, best practices, or insights):

    License Grant

    You retain ownership of your content but grant ZINFI.AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content on our platform and in marketing materials.

    • You represent that you have the right to share the content
    • Content may be featured, curated, or highlighted by ZINFI
    • You can request removal of your content at any time
    • Removal may take up to 30 days to propagate across all systems

    3. Best Practices & Insights

    For professional best practices shared on the platform:

    • Contributors retain attribution rights
    • ZINFI may incorporate insights into platform-wide content
    • Expert contributors may negotiate custom licensing terms
    • Aggregated anonymized insights may be used for research

    4. Third-Party Content

    The platform may include content from third parties:

    • News articles linked with proper attribution and fair use principles
    • Company information from publicly available sources
    • Expert profiles with consent from the listed individuals
    • Third-party trademarks remain property of their respective owners

    5. Copyright Claims

    If you believe your copyrighted work has been used inappropriately:

    • Send a notice to legal@zinfitech.com
    • Include identification of the copyrighted work
    • Specify the location of the infringing material
    • Provide your contact information and a statement of good faith

    We respond to valid DMCA notices and remove infringing content promptly.

    6. AI-Generated Content

    Regarding AI-assisted content on the platform:

    • AI-generated content is reviewed and curated by human editors
    • Users are notified when content is AI-assisted
    • AI outputs based on your inputs remain subject to this policy
    • ZINFI retains rights to AI-generated platform content
