Community Guidelines
Professional conduct standards for the ZINFI.AI community
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Last Updated: February 2, 2026
Welcome to the ZINFI.AI community. Our mission is to collaboratively build the world's most comprehensive database of partner ecosystem management best practices. To maintain a high-quality, professional environment, all members must adhere to these Community Guidelines.
1. Professionalism First
ZINFI.AI is a professional forum. We expect all interactions, contributions, and feedback to be:
- Respectful: Treat all members with professional courtesy.
- Evidence-Based: Share insights based on real-world experience and data.
- Constructive: When providing feedback on a "Best Practice" framework, aim to improve the collective knowledge.
2. Prohibited Conduct
To protect the integrity of the community, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Spam and Self-Promotion: Do not use the platform to pitch products, services, or job openings. This is a place for building practices, not for sales prospecting.
- Poaching and Solicitation: Direct solicitation of other members for employment or commercial services is prohibited.
- Harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or abusive language of any kind.
- Confidentiality Breaches: Do not share proprietary information from your current or former employers. All contributions must be non-confidential, as per our IP & Content Contribution Policy.
3. Contribution Standards
When contributing to a "Best Practice" framework:
- Originality: Ensure your input is your own or that you have the right to share it.
- No "Link Farming": Avoid posting random links without context. Every link should support a specific best practice or methodology.
- AI Disclosure: If you used generative AI to help draft a contribution, ensure the final output is verified by your professional expertise for accuracy.
4. Enforcement
ZINFI reserves the right to moderate all content. Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Warning or content removal
- Temporary suspension of membership privileges
- Permanent termination of membership
5. Reporting
If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to legal@zinfitech.com. We review all reports and take action to maintain the community's standards.
6. Governing Law
These guidelines are an extension of our General Terms of Service and are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes regarding membership status will be handled in Pleasanton, California.
