1. Professionalism First

• Respectful: Treat all members with professional courtesy.
• Evidence-Based: Share insights based on real-world experience and data.
• Constructive: Aim to improve the collective knowledge.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Spam and Self-Promotion: Do not use the platform to pitch products, services, or job openings.
• Poaching and Solicitation: Direct solicitation of members for employment or commercial services is prohibited.
• Harassment: Zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or abusive language.
• Confidentiality Breaches: Do not share proprietary information from your employers. See IP & Content Contribution Policy.

3. Contribution Standards

• Originality: Ensure your input is your own or you have rights to share it.
• No "Link Farming": Every link should support a specific best practice.
• AI Disclosure: Verify AI-drafted contributions with your professional expertise.

4. Enforcement

• Warning or content removal
• Temporary suspension of membership privileges
• Permanent termination of membership

These guidelines extend our General Terms of Service and are governed by the laws of the State of California.
