By accessing, browsing, or using the search functions of this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Terms of Access. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Site immediately.

1.2 For Registered Members

To contribute content or access community features, you must create an account. During registration, you must explicitly agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our IP & Content Contribution Policy by checking the mandatory consent box.

2. The ZINFI.AI Mission & Conduct

Our platform is dedicated to the collaborative development of partner ecosystem management best practices.

• Professionalism: You agree to use the Site in a professional manner.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the Site for spam, harassment, or to distribute malicious software.
• Scraping & AI: Automated scraping of the Site or using community-generated "Best Practices" to train external AI models without prior written consent from ZINFI is strictly prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All collective "Best Practices," frameworks, and site content are protected by copyright. Your rights to the content you contribute and your rights to use the community's collective knowledge are governed by our IP & Content Contribution Policy.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

5.1 "As Is" Basis

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, ZINFI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or reliance on any "Best Practices" published herein.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (California)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

6.1 Executive Negotiation & Mediation

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith executive negotiation. If unresolved after thirty (30) days, the parties shall submit to non-binding mediation in Pleasanton, California.

6.2 Binding Arbitration

If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS or the AAA in Pleasanton, California. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

7. Changes to Terms

ZINFI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance.
