Membership Terms

These Membership Terms ("Membership Terms") supplement the General Terms of Service and govern your specific status as a registered member of the ZINFI.AI community. By creating an account on www.zinfi.ai, you agree to these terms provided by ZINFI Technologies, Inc. ("ZINFI").

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Professional Status

Membership is intended for professionals in the partner ecosystem and channel management industries. By registering, you represent that you are providing accurate professional information.

1.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify ZINFI immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

2. Membership Rights and Obligations

2.1 Collaboration Rights

As a member, you have the right to participate in community forums, contribute to "Best Practice" frameworks, and access member-only content. Your contributions are governed by our IP & Content Contribution Policy.

2.2 Participation Requirements

Members are encouraged to contribute to the mission of building industry best practices. You agree that your participation will be:

• Truthful: Based on real-world professional experience.
• Non-Proprietary: You will not share trade secrets or confidential information belonging to your employer.
• Compliant: In accordance with our Community Guidelines.

3. Membership Tiers

ZINFI may offer different tiers of membership (e.g., Basic, Professional, Enterprise). Specific features and any applicable fees for these tiers will be disclosed at the time of sign-up or upgrade.

3.2 Cancellation

You may terminate your membership at any time through your account settings. Termination of membership does not revoke the licenses you granted to ZINFI for content contributed prior to your departure, as detailed in the IP & Content Contribution Policy.

4. Termination by ZINFI

ZINFI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership if:

• You violate the General Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Your actions, in ZINFI's sole discretion, jeopardize the integrity of the collaborative "Best Practices" database.
• You engage in unauthorized data scraping or competitive intelligence gathering.

5. Limitation of Liability

Membership in ZINFI.AI is provided to facilitate professional networking and knowledge sharing. ZINFI is not responsible for the accuracy of contributions made by other members or for any business decisions made based on community-generated content.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

6.1 Dispute Resolution Process

Any dispute specifically related to your membership shall follow the three-tier process established in the General Terms of Service:

1. Executive Negotiation: Direct good-faith discussion.
2. Mediation: Non-binding mediation in Pleasanton, California.
3. Binding Arbitration: Final resolution via JAMS or AAA in Pleasanton, California.
