CCPA/CPRA Addendum (California Privacy Rights)

This CCPA/CPRA Addendum ("Addendum") applies specifically to residents of the State of California. It supplements the ZINFI.AI Privacy Policy and complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 ("CPRA").

In the past 12 months, ZINFI Technologies, Inc. has collected the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers: Name, professional email, IP address.
• Professional/Employment Information: Job title, company name.
• Internet/Network Activity: Browsing history, search history within the platform.
• Inferences: Professional interests based on contributions to "Best Practices."
