Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules governing the use of the services and content provided at www.zinfi.ai. This policy is designed to protect the integrity of the ZINFI Technologies, Inc. ("ZINFI") community and the "Best Practices" developed therein.

1. Technical Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Automated Access: Using any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Infrastructure Interference: Taking any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Security Circumvention: Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Site, bypassing any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or probing/testing the vulnerability of our systems.

2. AI and Data Mining Restrictions

The "Best Practices" and frameworks on ZINFI.AI are the result of collaborative professional effort.

• AI Training: You are strictly prohibited from using any content, data, or Contributions from the Site to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve artificial intelligence (AI) models, large language models (LLMs), or machine learning algorithms without a specific commercial license from ZINFI.
• Commercial Scraping: You may not harvest or collect information about users or Contributions for the purpose of creating a competing database or commercial product.

3. Content and Conduct Rules

Your use of the platform must comply with the following:

• No Illegal Activity: You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• No Malicious Content: You may not upload or transmit viruses, worms, or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Site.
• No Impersonation: You may not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Enforcement and Reporting

4.1 Monitoring

ZINFI reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor participation in the community to ensure compliance with this AUP.

4.2 Action for Violations

Violation of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account.
• Permanent IP blocking from accessing the Site.
• Legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

4.3 Reporting

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to legal@zinfitech.com.

5. Governing Law

This AUP is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the enforcement of this policy shall follow the dispute resolution process (Negotiation, Mediation, and Arbitration in Pleasanton, California) as outlined in the General Terms of Service.
